It’s been a struggle, but, through CrossFit and the 21-Day Sugar Detox I’ve been able to get fit [again]. Along the way I’ve discovered that the CrossFit community can be very, well, anal, about their food and nutrition. It’s not always easy to follow the strict CrossFit diet, which is a combination of Paleo and Primal, or, for the totally insane, the Zone diet. Most difficult of all is finding balanced treats that don’t completely take you off the path.
With this in mind, I’ve compiled some totally delicious-looking recipes based on Quest Bars. Yup… Quest Bars.
